How long does an order take to be delivered?

The manufacturing process takes 1 week while the shipping will depend on your location, please contact us during business hours for an estimate. All orders have tracking for your convenience.

What if the wheels do not fit?

If our wheels do not fit, please have them accessed by anyone of our fitting partners for confirmation. If confirmed please send the wheels back for a full reimbursement of the delivery cost.

Do my products have any warranty?

All wheels at custom rims come with a life time warranty. Terms and conditions apply.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

To cancel an order please email us before 24 hours for a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds can take up to 4-7 days to appear in your account.

My order has not yet arrived.

We advise you to be patient for at least a couple of days after the estimated arrival time. If your order still has not arrived please contact us during business hours and we will be happy to contact Australia Post on your behalf.
